Enable all data stored in PC card to be backed up in personal computer. In reverse, data stored in personal computer can be transferred to Memory card, meaning that instrument can be easily recovered.
Measurement results can be directly captured to MS Excel Workbook. Version of Excel is "Excel 7.0/97".
Measured data can be directly stored as files in CSV format. This CSV file is compatible with Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet software package.
Personal computer can separately store and manage measured data, measurement conditions or sample conditions stored in Memory card. In addition data stored in personal computer can be transferred to memory card.
