PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE PLUS  
Every KEM titrator is backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor by  K2 Analytical

DEPOT PERFORMANCE PLUS:  Inclusive in the purchase price of the titrator, manufacturer's authorized bench repair in the case of malfunction.

FIELD PERFORMANCE PLUS:  This option offers manufacturer's authorized on-site repair in the case of malfunction, one on-site maintenance visit and and a guaranteed 72 hour response time.

DEPOT PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE
Complete bench facilities providing manufacturer's authorized repair, by fully-trained instrument technicians, utilizing guaranteed KEM parts.

STANDARD SERVICE:  This option offers manufacturer's authorized bench repair.

LOANER EXCHANGE:  This option offers manufacturer's authorized bench repair with a loaner unit provided via next day air, prior to shipment of defective unit(s).

FIELD PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE
Providing manufacture's authorized on-site repair and certification by a fully-trained instrument technician, utilizing guaranteed KEM parts.

SCHEDULED REPAIR:  This option offers field service repair within 15 business days.

EMERGENCY REPAIR:  This option offers field service repair within 3 business days.

CONTRACT PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE
Low cost annual service agreements designed to keep your KEM products operating at peek performance level.

COMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT SERVICE:  This plan offers annual on-site maintenance, plus emergency service as required.

REPAIR CONTRACT SERVICE:  This plan offers on-site repair, only in the case of malfunction.

DEPOT CONTRACT SERVICE:  This plan offers Service Center repair, only in the case of malfunction.  A loaner unit is provided at no additional charge.
